Bosque School is seeking enthusiastic and student-centered coaches to join our Athletics Department. Coaches play an important role in developing student-athletes both on and off the field, court, course, and competition platform. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for student-athletes. Plan and lead practices, skill development sessions, and competition preparation. Support student-athlete growth, sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership. Communicate effectively with athletes, families, officials, and athletic department staff. Ensure compliance with Bosque School, NMAA, and applicable league requirements. Assist with team logistics, equipment management, and game-day responsibilities. Serve as a positive role model and representative of Bosque School. Uphold the mission, core values, and Equity, Community, and Culture (ECC) Principles and Best Practices of Bosque School. QUALIFICATIONS
Coaching experience or related athletic experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with middle and/or upper school students. Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive student experience. Ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, and school personnel. Required certifications and clearances must be obtained prior to the season.
