Athletic Coordinator Belen High School 8 Hrs Day 235 Days Available July 1, 2026 Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred or in progress. New Mexico Public Education Athletic Coach License required Minimum of three years head coach experience with high school or middle school athletic programs required. Previous, verifiable, Athletic Coordinator experience preferred Demonstrated ability to build and articulate a vision with staff, students, parents and community in the area of athletics, student activities, and recreational activities. Able to demonstrate an understanding of technology's application to athletic/activity operations and instruction. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the New Mexico Activities Association and its procedures. Embraces and encourages diversity. Demonstrated a willingness to seek professional development in administrative leadership, management, and supervision. Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements noted on the job description. •Administrative License preferred, or the ability to obtain the license•

Pay:

$82,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
