F45 Training Vegas is looking for a charismatic and motivated Head Coach to join our high-performing team. What You'll Do:

As Head Coach, you are the standard-setter and culture driver. You'll lead from the front in five key areas: 1. Lead Unforgettable Classes Coach a minimum of 15 high-energy group training classes per week Deliver a world-class experience every time—great stage presence, clear vocal control, effective cueing, and strong personal connections Demonstrate impeccable technique and the ability to scale movements safely for all fitness levels 2. Develop & Inspire the Coaching Team Mentor and support trainers to deliver top-tier classes with consistency and confidence Conduct 1:1 coaching check-ins to provide individual feedback and support Facilitate team meetings and ongoing training sessions to elevate performance Collaborate with management to align team goals with studio standards 3. Hire & Onboard New Coaches Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process for new trainers Oversee the onboarding and training process to ensure all new hires meet coaching standards and studio expectations Foster a positive and collaborative team culture from day one 4. Drive Member Experience & Retention Build strong relationships with members through regular 1:1 fitness and goal-setting strategy sessions Make outbound support calls to keep members accountable and engaged Organize and lead member appreciation events Track retention data and provide weekly updates on membership trends 5. Support Studio Operations Respond to member needs and requests in a timely and professional manner Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment Collaborate with studio manager to execute campaigns, challenges, and community events

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in group fitness and personal training Nationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification (required) Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring coaching staff Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including 1:1 coaching development Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Comfortable with basic computer and reporting tools Flexible schedule with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Job Type & Compensation:

Full-Time Schedule includes a mix of morning (5 AM - 1 PM) and evening (11 AM - 7 PM) shifts Starting salary: $44,000+ annually (DOE) Bonus structure and commission opportunities available
