The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics or related sports but not required, with the ability to inspire and educate young athletes. This role involves coaching students of various skill levels, fostering their growth in gymnastics while ensuring a safe and positive environment. Duties Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts and teams. Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, technique, and safety. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance. Monitor student progress and adjust training plans as necessary. Foster a supportive team atmosphere that encourages participation and personal growth. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress and any concerns. Organize and participate in competitions, exhibitions, or events as required. Requirements Previous experience working with students in a coaching or educational capacity is essential. Background in sports coaching, particularly gymnastics or related disciplines such as martial arts (Karate, Judo), cheerleading, or swimming is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage young athletes. Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and coaching methodologies. Ability to create a fun and educational environment for students of all ages. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory.
