Exempt Department Website Text you want to show to applicants Brief Job Description Directly responsible for all aspects of men's and women's track and field and cross country programs, including recruitment of quality student-athletes; practice and meet preparation; scheduling and budget management; hiring and supervising assistant coaching staff; adherence to all NCAA DIII, SUNYAC and institutional policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree; established record of successful coaching experience at the college level; proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes at the college level; excellent communication skills; a commitment to the values of NCAA Division III athletics; strong organizational and leadership skills.
