Job Description

Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and working with youth 2-12 years old. This role involves not only teaching the basics of football, but also educating players on the importance of teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. Coaches will work closely with players to enhance their skills while fostering a positive and motivating environment. No sports knowledge is required! This is a perfect opportunity for students, teachers, and daycare workers looking for part-time work! Coaches work as an independent contractor. We offer $15-$25 per lesson based on experience. Coaches may coach 2-10 lessons a week. Responsibilities Conduct lessons focusing on both individual skills and team strategies. Adhere to assigned schedule Encourage and engage participants. Follow HuddleUP Football curriculum. Foster a positive team culture that promotes respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Communicate with HuddleUP Football owners on a consistent basis. Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure consistent messaging and training approaches. Manage behavior effectively during lessons. Requirements 2+ years of experience with children 2-12 years old in a school, sports, or after school setting. Excellent communication skills to engage with players, parents, and other staff members. Ability to motivate athletes of varying skill levels while fostering a love for the sport. A commitment to promoting safety and well-being during all activities. A reliable vehicle for transportation. Coaches are responsible for driving to locations, bringing equipment, and arriving on time. Join us in the fun and engaging program we like to call
