Primary Responsibilities St. Lawrence University is currently seeking applicants for a Graduate Assistant Coach for Men's and Women's Track and Field. This is a 9-month position (August 2026 - May 2027) targeted toward graduate students seeking a master's degree. Remuneration includes a competitive coaching stipend, student health insurance, and eligibility for tuition remission (6 graduate classes per year in the University's graduate program). St Lawrence offers a Master of Arts in Leadership. Duties/Responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing instruction and assisting the Head Men's and Head Women's coaches with all aspects of operating a successful Track and Field program such as: practice preparation, event coaching, recruiting, home meet management responsibilities, developing strength and conditioning programs, and other duties assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet the requirements to drive University vehicles required.
