Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a friendly and reliable Swim Instructor to join our team! In this role, you'll teach students of all ages how to swim, build water confidence, and stay safe in the pool. You'll create a positive and fun learning environment while helping students improve their skills. Responsibilities Teach swimming lessons for different skill levels (beginner to advanced) Demonstrate proper techniques and water safety Ensure students' safety during lessons Give feedback to help students improve Keep the pool area clean and organized Support team members and follow safety procedures Respond to emergencies if needed Qualifications Experience teaching swimming or working as a lifeguard (preferred) Comfortable working with children and/or adults Basic knowledge of water safety Good communication and patience CPR/AED or lifeguard certification (preferred) Passion for teaching and helping others
