Job Description
Rush-Henrietta Athletic Department is seeking passionate, dedicated, and transformational leader to join our RH Coaching staff for the upcoming winter season. We currently have openings for the following position: Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach We are looking for an individual who is driven to succeed, committed to student-athlete growth, and dedicated to fostering a positive and competitive girls basketball culture throughout the program. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a team-first mentality, and a desire to develop players both on and off the court.
Qualifications:
Previous basketball coaching experience required Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the program Commitment to developing players' skills, character, and love of the game Strong communication and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Lead and support all aspects of the Rush-Henrietta Girls Basketball Program Foster a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and team unity within the girls' program and in collaboration Collaborate with other coaches within the program to ensure consistency and development at all levels How toApply:
