Job Description:

The assistant coach will provide support to the head coach on the daily management and administration of all phases of the baseball program.

Requirements:

Required:

Minimum of 1 year of coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or high-level club level Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Assisting with planning and conducting practices Assisting in the evaluation and recruitment of qualified student-athletes Supporting individual skill development and overall team performance Monitoring student-athletes' academic progress Coordinating team services with departmental support areas Assisting with scheduling contests and managing the program's budget The assistant coach is expected to work collaboratively with student services, including sports medicine, strength and conditioning, academic advising, and other campus departments.

Pay Rate:

$52,770 This is a 10-month position. •The hiring pay rate above represents the University's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law. Siena University offers a generous benefit package to eligible full-time employees.
