We are seeking passionate and experienced Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding gymnasts of all ages and skill levels in developing their gymnastics abilities. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive environment for athletes to learn and grow while promoting physical fitness, skill development, and sportsmanship. We are currently looking for Gymnastics Coaches with weekly availability beginning in September as follows:

• Artistic Gymnastics
• Mondays (afternoons/evenings) and/or Saturdays (all day),
• Rhythmic Gymnastics
• Wednesdays (afternoons/evenings).

Additional days are possible.

Duties:

Develop and implement gymnastics training programs tailored to individual and group needs Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and routines for various gymnastics disciplines Provide feedback, encouragement, and support to help gymnasts improve their skills and reach their full potential Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing gym rules, monitoring apparatus usage, and maintaining a clean training environment Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules, events, and competitions Stay current on industry trends, coaching techniques, and safety guidelines to enhance coaching effectiveness Participate in class exhibitions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in gymnastics coaching. Must provide references. USAG Certification and Safe Sport certification required High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, apparatus, and safety protocols Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes Demonstrated ability to work with individuals of varying ages and skill levels Knowledge of behavior management strategies and child development principles Reliable, punctual, and professional First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) If you are a dedicated coach with a passion for gymnastics and helping athletes succeed, we invite you to apply for the Gymnastics Coach position.
