We are looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable instructors to join our team and make a lasting impact on children and families in our community. We are currently hiring 2 Year-Round Private Swim Instructors for the following schedules: Available Schedules Option 1 Sunday mornings Monday-Thursday evenings Option 2 Tuesday-Friday evenings Saturday mornings Applicants must be available for one of the above schedules consistently year-round. What You'll Do Teach private swim lessons to children of various ages and skill levels Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment Build confidence and water safety skills in every student Communicate professionally with families and staff Follow Swimfinity teaching methods and safety standards Help make every lesson fun, engaging, and impactful What We're Looking For Strong swimmer with the ability to demonstrate swim skills Reliable, positive, and professional attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for working with children Ability to remain energetic and engaged throughout shifts CPR/BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Previous swim instruction, coaching, childcare, or teaching experience is a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate.
