What You'll Do You'll be at the heart of the action, connecting with kids, parents, and teammates every day. Whether leading a group or helping plan programs, your energy and enthusiasm will shape every experience. Lead or assist with youth sports programs that keep kids smiling, moving, and growing Turn lessons into lasting memories using Skyhawks' fun, easy-to-follow curriculum Create a positive, inclusive environment where every kid feels seen and supported Communicate with parents and families — keeping them excited and engaged Bring the team together! Help mentor other coaches, share ideas, and build camaraderie Keep programs organized and safe so everyone can focus on the fun Who You Are We're looking for natural leaders who bring people together — the kind of person who thrives on collaboration, creates positive energy, and inspires confidence in kids and teammates alike. We offer full day camps from 9am-3pm and half day camps 9am-12pm/12pm-3pm. Do you have a preference for which camps you'd like to work?
