Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coach to inspire and empower individuals to reach their full potential. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through personalized development plans, fostering growth, and promoting independence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities and autism, while utilizing your expertise in social work, mentoring, and workforce development. Your energetic approach will motivate clients to overcome challenges and achieve their goals in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored coaching strategies that align with clients' individual needs and aspirations. Provide mentorship and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism, promoting skill-building and independence. Conduct assessments and interviews to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and goals. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and workforce development programs to enhance employability skills. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support plans. Assist with recruiting and onboarding new clients by explaining program offerings and expectations clearly. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting coaching methods as needed to maximize success outcomes. Requirements Proven experience or strong knowledge of employment & labor law relevant to coaching practices. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Background in addiction counseling, social work, teaching, or related fields is highly desirable. Skilled in interviewing, mentoring, recruiting, training & development techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse populations. Ability to develop trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. Passion for workforce development and empowering others through education and support.
