Goalkeeper Soccer Instructor (Part-Time) Overview Globall Concepts, the parent company of the Long Island Rough Riders soccer franchise, is seeking enthusiastic and energetic part-time Goalkeeper Soccer Instructors to deliver high-quality community-based soccer programs for children ages 4-15. This role is ideal for coaches who are passionate about player development, enjoy working with young athletes, and want to be part of a positive, fast-paced training environment. Location Globall Sports Center, Uniondale, NY Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-energy goalkeeper and soccer training sessions Implement structured lesson plans while adapting to different ages and ability levels Create a positive, fun, and development-focused learning environment Build strong relationships with players and parents Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times Represent Globall Concepts and the Rough Riders brand professionally on and off the field Qualifications Passion for working with children and youth development Previous coaching or playing experience (goalkeeping experience preferred) Prior involvement in youth soccer environments (camps, clinics, academies, or teams) Strong communication skills and positive, professional attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Coaching licenses or qualifications preferred but not required Hours Part-time, scheduled weekly Varied days and times based on class programming and seasonal demand Flexibility required, including evenings and weekends where necessary Compensation $25.00 - $50.00 per hour Rate dependent on experience, qualifications, and coaching level Hiring Requirements Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
