Esports Coach & Asst. Manager

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Esports Coach & Assistant Manager, where you'll ignite passion for competitive gaming and foster a thriving esports community. This role combines coaching expertise with leadership responsibilities, empowering players to reach their full potential while supporting the operational success of our esports programs. You'll inspire teamwork, develop strategic skills, and ensure a positive, engaging environment for all participants. Currently part-time, looking to make program full-time with the right person. Tons of advancement opportunities. Must be available during the week after 3pm and weekends. Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities Lead and coach esports teams across various game titles, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Must be outgoing and personable Assist in managing daily operations of the esports program, including scheduling practices and tournaments, customer communication, website updates Develop training plans tailored to different skill levels, incorporating game strategies and mental resilience techniques Foster a positive environment by promoting good behavior, discipline, and respectful communication among players Support event planning for competitions, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement Monitor player progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement Experience Games include: Fortnite, Rocket League, Valorant, Minecraft, Overwatch 2, Marvel Rivals, League of Legends, APEX Legends, Call of Duty, Rainbow Six and more. Must have some experience Background in esports coaching or competitive gaming environments is highly desirable Knowledge of social media promotions, wordpress, customer management systems is highly desirable Knowledge of coding with Scratch, Lego, Unity, is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse groups of learners Join us to cultivate talent, build community spirit, and champion the exciting world of esports!
