QUALIFICATIONS

Must hold a current NYS Teaching Certification or NYS Coaching Certification or NYS Temporary Coaching License SAVE, DASA, Child Abuse Workshop, GCN Training Current First Aid, CPR & AED Fingerprinting clearance Additional requirements may apply as per State regulations and district expectations Sections 3001 and 3009 of New York State Education Law and Part 80 of Regulations of the Commissioner of Education require certification for compensation as an athletic coach by a public school district.
