United States Description The Head Coach is responsible for recruiting athletes, teaching proper technique, managing equipment, overseeing assistant coach(es) and monitoring their job performance, the safety of the athletes, as well as character development of the players. The head coach must maintain a positive image of himself/herself and for the team.
