The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a competitive, supportive, and growth-oriented environment that aligns with the school's commitment to developing the "whole child." While this is primarily a seasonal coaching role, there is the potential to pair it with a full-time faculty position. About Holland Hall Founded in 1922, Holland Hall is a premier college-preparatory Episcopal day school in Tulsa, OK, serving 1,050 students in grades Pre-K through 12. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience coaching varsity high school soccer or at a collegiate/professional level.
Technical Expertise:
Ability to accurately assess student-athletes' abilities to determine optimal positioning and team placement.
Leadership:
Proven track record of effective program management and a leadership style that inspires excellence.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain transparent and professional communication with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Preferred:
A valid CDL license or be willing to obtain one.
