Tumbling & Cheer | Bend, Oregon Bailey's Sports is looking for a positive, athlete-focused coach to join our Impulse Elite All Star Cheer Program. We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the mat while creating an encouraging and challenging environment where kids can thrive. Position Overview As an All Star Cheer Coach, you will work with athletes in our competitive cheer program during afternoon and evening weekday practices. Coaches play a key role in building confidence, developing skills and creating a culture that lifts athletes up while pushing them to reach their potential. Responsibilities Coach All Star Cheer athletes during scheduled practices Teach and reinforce proper technique, skills and routines Create a positive, encouraging and athlete-first training environment Support athlete growth, confidence and teamwork Help maintain a safe and organized practice environment Work collaboratively with other coaching staff and program leadership Potential travel to select competitions during the competitive season, including some weekends Qualifications Previous All Star Cheer experience required (Experience as an athlete, coach or both) Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and ability to motivate young athletes Reliable, professional and team-oriented Passion for developing athletes in a supportive environment Schedule Weekday afternoon and evening shifts (between 2-4 shifts/week) Occasional weekend competition travel during the season (2-3 x/year) How to Apply Please email the following to : Resume Cover letter outlining relevant All Star Cheer experience Thank you!
