At COGA, we believe sports should build kids up. We are committed to creating a positive team culture built on respect, hard work, encouragement and strong relationships. Our goal is not just to develop great gymnasts, but to help young people grow in confidence, resilience and character. We're looking for someone who shares those values and is passionate about working with athletes in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Position Overview This coach will work primarily with our USA Gymnastics Compulsory and Xcel Team athletes, helping deliver high-quality training while supporting the positive culture that defines our program. Ideal candidates will have personal experience as a competitive gymnast and/or some previous coaching experience.
