Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy is looking for an energetic, reliable, and encouraging Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team. We believe gymnastics is about much more than skills and competition. It's about helping kids build confidence, resilience, character, and a love for movement. This is a part-time position coaching recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels. Schedule Availability We are currently hiring coaches for both weekday and weekend shifts , with most coaching hours taking place during afternoons and evenings . This is not a seasonal position . Our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term opportunity and is excited to grow with our team through the summer, into the fall, and beyond. What You'll Do Coach recreational gymnastics classes in a safe, positive, and engaging environment Build meaningful relationships with athletes and families Help students develop gymnastics skills while growing confidence and self-esteem Maintain class structure and manage groups effectively Ensure safety standards and gym policies are followed at all times Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to create an outstanding experience for every athlete What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Passion for working with children Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to lead groups of children with confidence and enthusiasm Gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, teaching, childcare, or coaching experience preferred but not required Must be able to pass a background check Why Work at COGA?
