In this role, you will assist youth soccer teams, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development in a fun and safe environment. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on young players' lives while honing your coaching and leadership skills. Responsibilities Deliver age-appropriate soccer practices that emphasize fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship Lead youth soccer games and practices, ensuring fair play, safety, and enjoyment for all participants Foster a positive environment that encourages children's confidence, discipline, and love for the sport Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere on and off the field Skills Previous experience in sports coaching Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and game strategies Join us as a Youth Soccer Coach to help shape confident athletes while creating memorable experiences filled with energy, growth, and fun!
