The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and related sports, with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. We are also willing to train the right person if you do not have gymnastics experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children and have a commitment to promoting physical fitness and skill development. Duties Plan and implement engaging gymnastics training sessions for various skill levels. Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, including tumbling, balance beam, vaulting, and floor. Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a safe training environment and adhering to safety protocols. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among participants while encouraging personal growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Skills Strong background in gymnastics or related sports coaching Experience in childcare or working with children in a health club or recreational setting is preferred. Ability to demonstrate gymnastics techniques effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members.
