This Isn't. Parkettes National Gymnastics Training Center is looking for motivated, energetic, and growth-minded individuals who want to become exceptional coaches and make a meaningful impact on young athletes. This is more than a part-time coaching job. This is an opportunity to learn inside one of the most respected gymnastics organizations in the United States and grow into a larger coaching role over time. For more than 60 years, Parkettes has helped develop: 6 Team USA Olympians 11 World Championship Team Members 60 U.S. National Team Members 19 Olympic Trials Qualifiers 100+ NCAA Scholarship Athletes Thousands of confident young athletes But what matters most is not the medals. It's the impact great coaches make on young people every single day. What Makes This Opportunity Different? At Parkettes, recreational gymnastics is not viewed as "just rec." It is the foundation of athletic development, confidence, discipline, and character. The right coach can completely change a child's confidence, self-esteem, work ethic, and love for movement. We will train the right candidate. Backgrounds in gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, tumbling, martial arts, athletics, teaching, childcare, or youth development are all valuable. We can teach gymnastics skills.
We cannot teach:
energy, work ethic, attitude, leadership, or genuine care for children. What You'll Do Coach recreational gymnastics classes for ages 3-12 Create a positive, structured, and engaging environment Lead warm-ups, drills, stations, and gymnastics progressions Build confidence and discipline through movement Encourage athletes through challenges and fears Positively communicate with parents and athletes Learn Parkettes' coaching systems and methodology Grow as a coach, mentor, and leader Growth Opportunities This position can grow into: Increased coaching hours Higher-level recreational groups Camps and clinics Pre-team opportunities Leadership responsibilities Long-term full-time coaching opportunities We are looking for people who want to grow.
