Immediately Job Description The 7th Grade Boys Basketball Head Coach is responsible for leading and developing the 7th-grade boys basketball team by teaching fundamental skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship and discipline in a positive and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include organizing and conducting practices, creating game strategies, instructing players on basketball techniques, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all team members in accordance with school and athletic policies. The coach also serves as a mentor to student-athletes, supports their academic achievement, communicates effectively with parents and staff, and works closely with the athletic department to maintain program consistency. Strong leadership, basketball knowledge, and a commitment to working with middle school students are essential for this role.
