7 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $39,670-$47,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications. Your Role in the Program Reporting to the Head Coach, you will take direct ownership of a designated unit or segment of the team while contributing across all facets of the program.
Key responsibilities include:
Coaching and developing assigned players through individual and team-based training, practice planning, and in-game decision-making Supporting student-athlete academic progress, personal development, and overall wellbeing in alignment with Lehigh's institutional mission Leading and managing the recruitment pipeline ??? identifying prospective student-athletes, executing the recruitment plan, and building relationships with prospects and families Assisting with game preparation, opponent scouting, and performance analysis Contributing to program advancement efforts, including alumni engagement and activities that support the program's visibility and resource development Managing assigned administrative responsibilities including scheduling, travel coordination, and equipment oversight Ensuring all activities operate within NCAA, Patriot League, and University policies and compliance frameworks What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred Experience as a student athlete One to three years of related experience NCAA Certification required CPR/First Aid Certification required Demonstrated coaching experience at the collegiate or elite club level in field hockey A genuine commitment to student-athlete development that extends beyond the field Proven experience in NCAA recruitment processes and compliance requirements View the full job description https://www.click2apply.net/5yXkOlfYpMogDTXpdCgDO5.
