Key Responsibilities Deliver sport-specific coaching and skill development Lead recruitment efforts to attract top student-athletes Support academic development and student-athlete success Maintain compliance with University, Patriot League, and NCAA policies Collaborate with coaching staff to achieve program objectives Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred One to three years of work related experience Experience as a student-athlete NCAA Certification required CPR/First-Aid Certification required Why Lehigh University?
