Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse - Join Lehigh University Athletics About the Opportunity Lehigh University seeks a passionate Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse to provide leadership and direction across all program facets while advancing our University and Athletics Department mission. 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $47,570-$57,090 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Deliver expert sport-specific coaching and training Lead recruitment efforts to attract top student-athletes Support comprehensive student-athlete development, including academic assistance Manage program administration and advancement initiatives Ensure compliance with University, Athletics Department, Patriot League, and NCAA policies Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred Experience as a student-athlete One to three years of related experience NCAA Certification required CPR/First Aid required Why Choose Lehigh University?
