Montgomery County - Pottstown and/or Collegeville At British Swim School of Montgomery County , we believe that every child should be safe in the water—and that the best way to learn life-saving skills is through a fun, gentle, and engaging experience. We aren't just a swim school; we are a community dedicated to drowning prevention and building lifelong water confidence. We are looking for enthusiastic instructors to join our growing team in Pottstown and at our new Collegeville pool opening this April.

You will be trained in our proprietary, survival-first curriculum teaching curriculum that ensures that each student in our program learns water survival skills and then progresses to propulsion and stroke development in a fun and gentle environment.

What You'll Do:

Teach for

Survival & Success:

Deliver high-quality lessons according to BSS standards, ensuring every student masters vital survival skills before moving to stroke development.

Engage & Inspire:

Create a fun, positive environment where students feel safe to learn new skills that can be hard or scary at first. Communicate with

Partner with parents to celebrate their child's progress and educate them on the 5 Layers of Protection . Contribute to the

Team:

Work closely with our Aquatics Manager to maintain our high standards and ensure our pool decks are safe and professional.

The Details:

Locations:

Pottstown LA Fitness and Collegeville.

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Training:

We provide comprehensive paid training in the BSS curriculum. No prior swim instructor experience is required

Requirements:

Ability to stand in the water for 5-hour shifts

Certification:

We provide periodic opportunities to become Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certified.
