Sports Supplementals Individuals selected to lead athletic supplementals will provide regular updates to the Athletic Director and their administrator(s) via Weekly Athletic Practice Plan.
Athletic supplemental contracts will be paid within three (3) weeks of receipt of notification from the building administrator that all responsibililties have been met.
There will be no compensation for additional practice time required.
Assignment and Termination of Supplemental Contracts:
Assignment and termination of suplemental contracts shall be an administrative perogative. It is agreed, however, that a bargaining unit member shall be assigned no more than two (2) full year and three (3) seasonal supplemental contracts per year unless that bargaining unit member is the only applicant for a supplemental position.
Level of Compensation:
Supplemental units in accordance with negotiated contract.
Notice:
Per WPEA contract, page 52, Exhibit E, all employees shall give 60 days notice of resignation from supplemental positions.
