About Us:

At Splash and Dash Swim Lessons , we believe learning to swim should be safe, fun, and empowering. We're passionate about teaching life-saving skills in a supportive environment where kids (and adults!) can grow in confidence and capability. As we expand, we're looking for energetic, patient, and enthusiastic swim instructors to join our tight-knit team!

What You'll Do:

Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels using our proven curriculum Ensure safety, fun, and progress during every lesson Provide personalized feedback and encouragement Communicate with parents or guardians about student development Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all swimmers

Who You Are:

Confident swimmer with strong knowledge of swim techniques Great with kids and able to connect with learners of all ages Reliable, friendly, and professional Previous swim instruction, lifeguarding, or coaching experience is a plus—but not required! (We're happy to train the right person!) CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification is a MUST Reliable transportation
