At Relentless Athletics, you'll deliver individualized, evidence-based programming in a Ph.D.-led, data-driven environment built specifically around the performance and developmental needs of female athletes. About Relentless Athletics We're a sports performance and athletic development facility dedicated to female athletes — combining strength, speed and agility, injury rehabilitation, and sports nutrition coaching into individualized, long-term development plans. Our staff brings specialized expertise in the unique training demands of female athletes, and our culture is built on education, empowerment, and safe, progressive training. What You'll Do Deliver personalized and small-group strength & conditioning programs across a range of sports and developmental levels Lead training sessions — coaching lifting technique, speed and agility, and warm-up, mobility, and recovery protocols Monitor athlete progress using performance data (testing, PR tracking) and adjust programs accordingly Collaborate with staff on injury rehab and nutrition integration Maintain a safe, positive training environment and communicate clearly with athletes and caregivers Contribute to assessments, workshops, and athlete education sessions What We're Looking For Applied coaching experience in strength, power, speed, and agility with athletic populations Strong foundation in exercise science to inform evidence-based program design and long-term athletic development Knowledge of injury-prevention strategies: movement screening, warm-up protocols, and safe technique instruction Clear, positive in-person communication with strong demonstration and cueing skills Experience with youth/adolescent athletes and a commitment to a respectful, inclusive environment Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends based on athlete schedules
Preferred:
