Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced Youth Sports Trainer with a strong athletic background and a passion for working with children and teens ages 7?17. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, leadership, and a positive attitude to help develop young athletes? physical abilities, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead engaging training sessions tailored to various age groups (7?17 years old) Teach fundamental and advanced sports skills, including agility, coordination, strength, and conditioning Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants Foster teamwork, discipline, and good sportsmanship among youth athletes Adapt coaching methods to meet different skill levels and learning styles Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding progress and program updates Assist in organizing games, drills, camps, and special events

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor training facilities Active, hands-on role requiring physical activity and movement
