Junior High Assistant Football Coach

Conestoga Valley School District is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Junior High Assistant Football Coach to support the Head Coach in all aspects of the high school football program. The successful candidate will assist in planning and conducting practices, supporting game-day preparation and strategy, mentoring student-athletes, and helping guide the team through a competitive and character-building season. A strong commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, and the development of both athletic and life skills in student-athletes is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience coaching football at the high school or junior high level Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, game strategies, and team management Ability to effectively mentor and support student-athletes Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture Alignment with the goals and values of the CV football program
