Gymnastics Coach

Job Overview We're looking for both recreational and competitive team coaches to join Skye High Gymnastics. This is a part time job. Become part of our dynamic team as a Gymnastics Coach, where you'll lead engaging classes and create a positive, safe environment for athletes of all ages and abilities. In this role, you'll play a key part in building confidence, encouraging growth, and helping each gymnast reach their full potential. Responsibilities Deliver engaging gymnastics lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques for tumbling, balance beams, vaults, bars, and floor routines Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during all activities and equipment use Provide feedback to help students improve their skills and build confidence Manage behavior effectively to maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all participants Collaborate with other coaches and staff Qualifications Prior experience in gymnastics instruction Minimum of 2 nights a week - Evening Hours (anywhere from 4pm-9pm) Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and equipment handling Behavior management skills to motivate students and foster respectful participation Join us to inspire young athletes to reach new heights!
