The coach is responsible for planning practices and games, teaching field hockey fundamentals and strategy, and creating a positive environment that supports both athletic and personal growth. Qualifications Dedicated and dependable leader Knowledgeable in the sport of field hockey Able to manage and motivate student-athletes Cares about athletes and their development Prior head coaching experience is preferred
