Job Description

Parent Coaching Specialist (BCBA) - Remote/Hybrid Be the Support Families Are Searching For At Born to Blossom, we're building something intentional and we're looking for a BCBA who wants to help shape it. This is not a plug-and-play role. This is an opportunity to help design and lead a parent coaching service line that truly supports families in meaningful, lasting ways, especially in rural and underserved communities across Southeast Kansas, Northeast Oklahoma, and Southwest Missouri. If you believe parent coaching is one of the most powerful tools we have, you'll feel at home here. We know compensation matters and while we may not outpace large corporate providers in pay, we've built something many clinicians are actually looking for: Work-life balance that is protected and respected Consistent daytime hours (no late nights or weekends required) Small-moderate caseloads that allow you to do quality work Flexibility to work fully remote or hybrid A true voice in program development (not just following a template) A values-driven, clinician-led organization Supportive, collaborative team culture Meaningful work in communities that genuinely need you What You'll Do Provide parent coaching and training using evidence-based ABA strategies Build strong, collaborative relationships with caregivers Help families feel confident, capable, and supported Design and refine parent coaching systems, resources, and programming Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to expand this service line Deliver care that aligns with neuroaffirming, assent-based, and trauma-informed practices What We're Looking For Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Licensure in Oklahoma, Missouri, and/or Kansas Strong experience in parent training/coaching Passion for family-centered care Alignment with neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approaches Ability to build trust and meet families where they are Interest in developing programs and not just implementing them Location Requirements Must live in Oklahoma OR within 50 miles of the Oklahoma border (Kansas or Missouri candidates preferred if out of state) Position can be fully remote or hybrid, depending on location and preference
Pay:
From $27.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
