Part-Time BCBA (ABA Therapy Home, Parent Coaching & Social Skills Groups)

Spring Hill Behavioral is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a small caseload of ~6 clients across in-home ABA services, parent coaching, and social skills groups . This is a balanced clinical role focused on supervision, parent training, and meaningful intervention —not high-volume, burnout-style ABA. Key Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision and protocol modification (97155) Conduct parent coaching sessions (core component of services) Oversee and support RBT implementation Lead or support social skills groups (play-based, structured) Provide direct services as needed for modeling and assessment Maintain clear, efficient, insurance-compliant documentation Position Details Part-time (~20 hours/week)

Caseload:
