This role is ideal for someone with a background in running or fitness who enjoys working with people, being active in the community, and supporting both coaching and event-based experiences. The position includes a mix of coaching clients, assisting at local events and races, and occasional administrative or outreach tasks. Hours will vary week to week, with most event support taking place on weekends (typically 1-4 events per month, scheduled in advance). This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and enjoys a dynamic role that blends fitness, community engagement, and hands-on event work. Duties Coach and support beginner to intermediate runners Assist with local fitness events and races (setup, check-in, participant support, etc.) Represent the brand at community events and outreach opportunities Help with occasional promotional tasks (flyer drops, local engagement, etc.) Support light administrative tasks as needed Skills Moderate-advanced experience in running, coaching, or fitness training Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Reliable, organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency Enjoys being social, engaging with others, and building community Requirements Must have reliable transportation (local travel required) Must be 21+ (some events take place at breweries/wineries) Must be available for weekend events (1-4 per month, scheduled in advance) Social media familiarity is a plus

From $20.00 per hour
