SportzNmore is expanding across Washington, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated Growth Coach — a hybrid role that blends outside sales, lead generation, parent engagement, and high‑quality coaching for kids ages 2-10. It's a revenue‑driving operator who can confidently talk to center directors and parents, generate new business, and step in to coach. You will:
Drive new client acquisition through outside sales, prospecting, and community engagement Build strong relationships with parents, directors, and partner centers Deliver fun, structured coaching sessions when needed Represent SportzNmore with professionalism, energy, and heart This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to make a meaningful impact on children and families. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outside Sales (Primary Responsibility) Conduct outside sales outreach to Montessori schools, preschools, after‑school programs, and community centers Perform telemarketing, retail‑style outreach, and in‑person prospecting Table at partner locations during pick‑up/drop‑off to drive enrollments Build strong relationships with directors and administrators Follow up with warm leads from events, referrals, and center staff Negotiate agreements confidently and professionally Assist with marketing efforts to promote programs, events, and seasonal offerings Track leads, update CRM/client records, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities 2. Parent Engagement & Enrollment Growth Explain SportzNmore program benefits clearly and confidently Close enrollments on the spot during tabling and outreach Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing communication Support retention by building trust and rapport with families 3. Coaching Sessions Lead high‑energy, structured sports sessions for ages 2-10 Support demos, trial classes, and special events Maintain SportzNmore's coaching standard: positive language, whole‑child development, and fun Who Thrives in This Role You're a great fit if you are: A natural people‑person who loves talking to parents and directors Confident in sales conversations without being pushy Comfortable prospecting and doing outreach Energetic, positive, and great with kids Organized, reliable, and proactive Motivated by performance‑based growth Excited to help scale a fast‑growing youth sports brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) New partner centers opened per month Enrollment conversions from tabling & outreach Parent satisfaction and retention Coaching quality when assigned Strength of relationships with directors and staff Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing Strong communication and negotiation skills Bilingual proficiency is a plus Experience in sports coaching, fitness training, or working with kids preferred Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse families Familiarity with basic marketing strategies Comfort with simple sales administration tools (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.) Experience with HIPAA or insurance sales is a bonus but not required Compensation Part‑Time to Start (10-20 hrs/week), with path to Full‑Time based on performance
Sales/Lead Gen Rate:
$20•25/hr
Coaching Rate:
$20•40/hr
Performance Bonuses:
