The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a strong background in swimming and related physical activities. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels, ensuring their safety while fostering a positive learning environment. Duties Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, adapting instruction to meet the needs of each student. Assess students' swimming abilities and develop personalized lesson plans to enhance their skills. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and monitoring activities. Provide feedback and encouragement to students to promote confidence and improvement in their swimming techniques. Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment, including the pool area. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create engaging programs that promote water safety and swimming proficiency. Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain discipline during lessons while ensuring a fun atmosphere.
