Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality instruction to students of all ages Able to follow lesson plans and modify when necessary Create a safe and encouraging environment for students to learn and grow Model and encourage proper technique Assist with the setup and breakdown of classes Maintain a clean and organized gym environment
Skills:
Must love working with children Strong desire to help others and be a part of their success Ability to think on your feet and adjust accordingly Ability to work with students of all abilities Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Strong leadership skills Works well in a team environment as well as independently Friendly, energetic, outgoing, and dependable person Our ideal candidate... Has at least 1 - 2 years experience in the competitive coaching world. Willing and able to work with all levels, from preteam to higher level Xcel gymnasts. Has year-round availability.
Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
