Inclusive Excellence Statement Advertised Job Summary Head Softball Coach, USCA Athletics The University of South Carolina Aiken, an NCAA Division II Institution and member of the Peach Belt Conference, is seeking a Head Softball Coach. The Head Softball Coach is responsible for providing coaching expertise, leadership, management, rules compliance and administration of all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II program resulting in a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred:

Masters degree. Minimum five years of collegiate coaching experience. Experience in NCAA DI or DII and recruiting experience in southeast region. This is a 12.0 month full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
