This past season, our athletes saw incredible success at the state level , including top finishes and standout performances. As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a coach who wants to be part of something special — helping develop athletes not just for local meets , but for continued success at the state and regional level . What We're Looking For Experience coaching competitive gymnastics (especially compulsory levels preferred) Strong technical knowledge of routines, progressions, and scoring Ability to coach athletes with structure, discipline, and encouragement Someone who genuinely cares about athlete development — both in skill and confidence A team player who communicates well with athletes, parents, and staff What You'll Do Coach and develop athletes in our competitive gymnastics program Help athletes prepare for local meets, state competitions, and beyond Build strong fundamentals while pushing for performance excellence Support a positive, focused, and high-energy training environment Why The Foundry?
