Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire boys basketball program (Varsity, JV & MS) with a clear vision for growth, development, and sustained success Develop and execute a roadmap to establish Cross Basketball as an elite program Create a competitive, high-performance culture that attracts driven student-athletes and families Engage and lead a coaching staff that reinforces the program's vision and values Foster an environment of faith-based discipline and accountability across all levels Ensure academic excellence , supporting athletes in their main responsibilities as students first Actively engage with admissions and prospective families to grow and develop the program with mission-aligned student-athletes Develop players beyond football , teaching leadership, character, and life skills that translate beyond the game Be a visible and active member of the school and local community , supporting its mission beyond athletics

Required Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience within a competitive basketball program Strong vision-casting and communication skills —able to attract athletes and families to the mission Organizational excellence in building and managing a program at all levels Passion for mentorship and character development —committed to shaping young men beyond football and be leaders for the
