The coach is responsible for building a culture of accountability, discipline, and excellence that reflects the school's tradition and community pride. Position is paid based on the district's athletic supplement schedule for 26-27. Key Responsibilities Build and sustain a program where excellence is the standard in effort, behavior, and performance. Develop student-athletes as leaders in the classroom, community, and on the pitch. Plan and lead effective training sessions that promote skill development and team success. Lead and mentor assistant coaches to ensure alignment in values and expectations. Manage all program operations (communication, scheduling, equipment, compliance). Foster positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. Represent Daniel High School with professionalism and integrity at all times.
