Immediately Job Description Track & Field Assistant Throws Coach The supplement is based on 26-27 schedule. The assistant Throws Coach is responsible in assisting the head throws coach with training and developing student-athletes in shot put, discus, and javelin. The coach promotes skill development, safety, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship while supporting the overall success of the track and field program. Responsibilities. Teach proper throwing technique, drills, and event strategy. Supervise athletes during practices and competitions. Promote athlete safety and proper equipment use. Provide feedback and support athlete development. Assist with meet preparation and event coaching. Qualifications Knowledge of track and field throwing events. Strong leadership and communication skills. Coaching or competitive experience preferred.Position Type:
