Assistant Mens Soccer Coach

The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of developing, organizing, and administering a competitive collegiate Soccer program. This role plays a vital part in student-athlete development, recruitment, team operations, and fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and sportsmanship while ensuring compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations. Bachelor's degree is required. Prior coaching experience in Soccer. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of soccer. Must have good communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents and staff.
