REQUIREMENTS

Cheer coaching experience Positive leadership skills Reliable transportation Strong communication and professionalism Ability to work evenings/weekends Must pass background screening and drug test Ability to spot athletes safely Ability to stand, move, and actively coach for extended periods Ability to lift and assist athletes during training when necessary

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS USASF

knowledge and competition experience CPR/First Aid certification Experience with private lessons and skill progression training

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coach All Star cheer teams during practices, camps, clinics, and competitions Teach proper stunting, motions, jumps, tumbling, conditioning, and performance technique Create a positive, structured, and motivating training environment Ensure athlete safety and enforce gym policies and expectations Assist with choreography cleaning, routine execution, and competition preparation Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, and staff Track athlete progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain professionalism on and off the competition floor Arrive prepared and on time for all assigned classes and practices Support recruiting events, showcases, camps, and gym functions as needed We offer a dynamic and supportive team environment, where your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the success and development of our athletes.
